The updated 605 model uses a more efficient fan and improved ionization for lower noise levels, less power consumption, and improved filtration efficiency and CADR. Like the other Classic Blueair models (505, 405, and 205) the 605 is now Wi-Fi enabled for complete control on your smartphone. Use the free downloadable Blueair Friend app to turn the unit on and off, change speeds, set night mode and more. The Friend app also keeps track of filter changes for you, or you can check the filter light hidden under the new flip-top display at any time. Connect with the optional Blueair Aware air quality monitor and set to “auto” mode for seamless adjustments to airflow depending on contaminant levels in the air.
Easy to use and maintain: plug it in, select the speed setting and forget it. Blueair filters require no weekly additives or filter washing. When the filters need to be replaced (every six months), just open the lid, remove the old filters and place the new ones in. No screws, hooks or tools and less than one minute of your time are required. Used filters are 100% recyclable, and release no toxins into landfills or the air.
